PROOF OF WORK

The schedule already knows.

Months before a program admits it is late, the answer is sitting in the schedule file. Every figure below — every date, every float value, every failed check — is read straight out of the Primavera P6 XER. Nothing is typed in. Nothing is estimated. The schedule is simply asked the right questions.

Below is a working report from a representative fast-track cleanroom expansion. The data is illustrative; the analysis is exactly what we deliver. Explore it.

Straight from the XER

Activity dates, logic ties, constraints, float, and baseline are read from the native P6 export. No re-keying, no interpretation layer, no room for a number to drift.

Measured against the standards

DCMA 14-point checks, critical path length index, and baseline execution index — the same tests owners, lenders, and auditors apply. Thresholds tuned to your program, not a default.

Two audiences, one truth

An executive view that answers the only question that matters — will we hit the date. And the full schedule-quality evidence underneath it, for the team that has to fix it.

WHAT IT TELLS YOU

A slipping date is a symptom. This finds the cause.

Anyone can tell you a project is late. The value is in knowing which three activities are driving it, how many days each is worth, and whether the schedule can even be trusted to say so.

Forecast finish versus commitment
Stated in calendar terms, with the trend across recent updates. A project can be late and recovering, or on time and sliding. Those demand opposite responses.
The driving path, traced through the logic
Not simply the activities furthest behind — the ones whose slip moves the end date, ranked by how much work sits downstream of them.
Whether the dates are believable
Fourteen structural checks on logic, constraints, float, and duration. A schedule full of hard constraints and missing predecessors will report a date it cannot possibly defend.

Curious what your schedule would say?

Send us a current XER export. We will run the same analysis against your program and walk you through what it found — the drivers, the failed checks, and where the exposure sits.
